Businesses are run on numbers and decisions — not on experience alone
Thirteen intensive weeks that build the ability to read the numbers, understand the market, lead a team and make a decision you can defend — taught against the reality of the Iraqi market.
Most businesses in Mosul do not lack effort — they lack tools
Owners know their trade intimately, yet decide from memory and impression. This programme gives them what makes a decision calculable and reviewable.
From impression to number
Read cost, margin and cash flow — and know which product actually earns and which quietly drains the business.
From individual effort to system
Role definition, delegation and performance measurement, so the work continues when you are not in the room.
From mental plan to document
Every unit ends in a written output you use at work: a plan, a model, a map or an analysis.
Application before theory — on your own case
We do not lecture and then ask you to translate it into your reality. Every assignment is executed on your organisation or the venture you intend to launch.
Sessions are fully in person, with a different discussion format each week: case study, workshop, negotiation simulation, or group presentation and review. Participants review each other's work — which alone accounts for half the learning.

Thirteen units — one per week
Starting from reading the local economy and closing with a 90-day plan each participant builds for their own goal.

Designed for people who manage — or are being prepared to
Owners of small and medium businesses
Built the business on experience and now want to run it on system, and grow it without it breaking under pressure.
Department managers
Managing a team and needing planning and measurement tools instead of daily firefighting.
Staff nominated for leadership roles
Nominated by their employer to become the middle management layer most companies lack.
Professionals and entrepreneurs
Engineers, doctors, pharmacists and skilled tradespeople running their own businesses without formal management grounding.
What actually changes after thirteen weeks
You leave with thirteen written outputs — not just a certificate.
A cost analysis, a cash-flow model, a marketing plan, a value-chain map, a strategy map, a project plan and a research design. All built on your own business data, and usable the day after you finish.
The programme closes with a 90-day plan: a personal plan each participant builds for their own goal — launching a venture, fixing a department, or reaching a role in a target sector — refined through individual mentoring.

Only 25 seats in the first cohort
